My Commitment to You
One of the most well know Bible verses comes from Luke 6:31 where Jesus said “Do to others as you would have them do to you.” Otherwise known as the golden rule, the passage calls us to remember to treat each other in a way that we would expect to be treated. As a home inspector, I strive to apply this teaching to the home inspection process. When I inspect a home, I do so as if I am the purchaser, and to what degree of care and meticulousness would I expect? Obviously, I would expect a very competent and complete inspection process and that is what I aim to achieve for every client. (ciick here for more about my Biblical Approach to Home Inspections)

Why Hire a Professionally Certified and Licensed Inspector?
For Home Buyers, your home is likely the largest purchase you will ever make, as such it is important to know the condition of that investment. While a home inspection is not a prediction of the future, and cannot reveal every concern that exists, it will significantly reduce your anxiety by arming you with the knowledge to make an informed buying decision.
For Home Sellers, if you are selling a home, let me perform an inspection before you even list it. A seller inspection informs you of any defects or problems with your home so that you can adequately resolve them before prospective buyers discover them. This also affords you more time to gain reasonable repair estimates. So, avoid last minute negotiations and delays, and justify your full asking price by having a pre-inspection now.
For the Realtor, your reputation is your most valuable asset. Your clients rely on your skills to guide them through the difficult and complicated process of real estate transactions. Demonstrate to them that their trust in you is well placed by referring them to me. My 25 years of experience, educational background, and professionalism will deliver the information your client needs.
